This deletion proposal is ridiculous. If there were no article on this topic, one would have to get written. Michael Hardy ( talk) 03:40, 22 August 2009 (UTC)
Thanks a lot to all the people who contributed to make this article! I do believe that the Kostant partition function deserves an article on its own. There has been a lot of specialized literature on the function coming out in the last 20 years, and there is a lot more that can be said about it. I will look into it one of these days. My main references are
