Thanks for uploading Image:FlCell.PNG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 04:05, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
I updated the tag on the image Image:FlCell.PNG based on your comments, please make sure that is a correct interpretation of your wishes. If not please change it. Thanks. - cohesion 19:10, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
Regarding your inquiry at the help desk, to add an article to a category you add a link in the article to the desired category using the [[ ]] double brackets. For further information see WP:CAT. I'd fill your request myself but I think that experience is important for learning to do things. Good article by the way. Dylan Lake ( t· c· ε) 23:27, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
I am sure that if you contact Engware on his Talk page that he will respond and cooperate. After all, yesterday was Sunday in the USA. None of us is on Wikipedia 24hours a day, every day. I would suggest that you go to his Talk page and make sure that your message is there. Then I would suggest waiting at least 1 day more for his reply. If still no reply after 1 day more, then remove his chart and be sure to explain why on the article's Talk page. If and when you remove his chart, your edit summary should say "See Talk page for reasons".
As for my contacting him, I really believe that it is better if the complaint is registered by you. I have already instructed him quite a bit as to how to do things on Wikipedia and I don't want it to appear as if I am watching his every move. Regards, - mbeychok 16:53, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
I looked for your message on Engware's Talk page. All I could find was a message complaining about that chart, but it was signed with an IP address of 71.137.5.91. It was not signed by Thermbal. So he responded to that message at the user page of 71.137.5.91 and his response is still sitting there. I have taken to liberty of copying his response below:
What we have here is two newbies both of whom are not yet quite up to speed on how to use Talk pages. If that messages signed by 71.137.5.91 was from you, then it should have been signed by Thermbal so that he could correctly respond to you. Also that message was incorrectly indented and formatted ... it was all one long, long line because it was indented without using the colon mark (:). I had to reformat it correctly. Please see the grey box of instructions at the top of this page.
I hope I have helped straighten out this case of mis-communication between you and Engware. Regards, - mbeychok 19:44, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
Hello Thermbal! Thanks for taking an interest in our article Air-fuel ratio. I see you added new material to the section called Percent excess combustion air. (See your diff.) In your new material you did not leave any in-line citation to identify one or more reliable published sources on which the new material is based. In Wikipedia it is important for the sources of material to be identified to allow independent verification. I assume you have access to some reliable published sources that cover the topic of combustion in heaters, steam generators and turbines. Please add in-line citations to identify suitable sources. Background information is provided at WP:REFBEGIN. Many thanks. Dolphin ( t) 12:47, 28 July 2013 (UTC)
