I see you went ahead and made your comments on the RSN. I wish a few others would but it seems my post is too long for the attention span of the 'average' user. Most of the people you and I deal with wouldn't even consider making a decision or supporting a proposal without an adequate briefing but here if it's more than 10 words, it's just too much to deal with.
