you seem to be rather new here, so I thought it might be good to point out some things related to the creation and edition of new football articles in general.
There usually is a certain minimum standard how an article should ideally look like, codified in so-called "Manuals of Style" or MoS in short. You can find all of these on this page. It is recommended that you read through all of them before creating another page. Also, please make sure that you have read every link listed in this section because here is described what usuable is notable enough to be added to the encyclopaedia.
Once you create a new article, make sure that a) it has the necessary form and b) it includes good and reliable sources so that content can be verified. Especially the latter is critical, because otherwise you will end up with more notes like the ones above because people just do not understand why this or that is of particular notability and thus propose it for deletion.
As for the new Lao football articles in general, I have redirected 2015 Laos Premier League to the already existing article (because it is not necessary to have the same content in two places) and also tried to improve 2015 Lao FF Cup a bit so that it meets the usual standards (a good example for how things should eventually look like is 2015 FFA Cup, by the way]]. However, the cup article will definitely need sources, because it will otherwise not be around for long. So if you could add at least one source to that article, it would be very helpful.
