Repeatedly making the same edit over and over when reverted is considered edit warring and is not allowed here. Continued edit warring can result in temporary or permanent blocking of the account.

I will add, that no you do not need to read all of that. It is a lot of information to take in and we don't expect every user to read it all. If you do not read it, then all we ask is that you take other users word for it when they tell you what the rules are.
