- The above information tells you what you need to know about managing a conflict of interest. It's not about what you know or don't know. It's about reliable sources. It's about whether the subject meets the notability guidelines of Wikipedia. Having a close connection with the subject does not necessarily preclude you from creating or editing articles about that subject; you just need to be very careful, and where an article has been deleted before for lack of notability someone with a close connection to the subject should probably not be the one to recreate it. - First you need to determine whether he meets the general notability guidelines. This requires, among other things, that the subject has "received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." That is the baseline. - I'm afraid you'll find he doesn't. I have done a search for reliable sources (mainstream newspapers and news websites, independent religious press, mentions in non-self-published books etc. etc.) and can find absolutely nothing.
