Thanks for your note. I appreciate the information. As it happens, I have come across that publication and even cite it in an article I wrote recently, Golden Domes. However it is not a strong source for contentious assertions so we have to use it carefully.
I know you were very active in the early days of editing the TM topic on Wikipedia. It has sometimes been a tumultuous process, but the articles have improved and are now relatively stable.
