I have added a {{Connected contributor (paid)}} template to the South Gloucestershire talkpage, as your original username suggested that you are an employee of the council. Please can you confirm if this is correct, as the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use require that editors disclose their "employer, client, and affiliation" with respect to any paid contribution (see WP:PAID).
