Why not redirect this to Athlete's foot? This article can't grow in to more than a stub and the information can easily be added to the main established article. All you have to do is type #REDIRECT [[Athlete's foot]], replacing the text on the page. Then anyone looking for Hong kong's foot will be redirected to the correct article.
