Before requesting a block, please try to come to a consensus with other editors. For the most part, other editors are only trying to improve the encyclopedia. However, there are vandals, editors with a conflict of interest, and POV-pushers, but most editors are none of those. To request a block of 12.182.80.222 ( talk · contribs), please see the Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism notice board. There are instructions there about when to make a report and how to make a report:
Please refrain from abusing
warning or blocking templates, as you did to
User talk:72.79.80.198. Doing so is a violation of
Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Please use the
user warnings sandbox for any tests you may want to do, or take a look at our
introduction page to learn more about contributing to the encyclopedia. You may warn this user or wait for an administrator to step in, but please do NOT try to bluff by claiming that the IP has been blocked, when in fact it hasn't.

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to
talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should
sign your posts by typing four
tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button
located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --
