Thanks for your edits. In general, statements of fact cannot be POV, although they can be erroneous and sources should always be
cited. Preferably though, these sources are not blogs as those tend to be less reliable. There are a number of Wikipedia policies that deal with threats and harassment, these include
WP:NPA,
WP:NLT, and
WP:HAR. Do you have a specific happening in mind?
