FYI,
DYKUpdateBot did not perform its scheduled 16:00, 3 March 2012 (UTC) update. If you get a chance, please take a look to see if there are any outstanding issues. -- Allen3 talk 17:57, 3 March 2012 (UTC)
William Bloomfield Douglas is cited has having a DYK entry on 4th March, however, it does not appear on the DYK recent additions list. Shipsview ( talk) 11:42, 5 March 2012 (UTC)
to update at 0 UTC 10 March (and I missed that too, Orlady updated manually). Materialscientist ( talk) 04:12, 10 March 2012 (UTC)
DYKcheck appears to no longer detect moves from userspace. I assume this is because the format of the edit summary when making a move has changed. The edit summary used to be in the form "moved oldfilename to newfilename[: reason]" and now it's " Username moved page oldfilename to newfilename[: reason". DYK reviewers often miss such moves, so DYKcheck pointing them out is quite useful. MANdARAX • XAЯAbИAM 09:23, 23 March 2012 (UTC)
A DYK update was due 10 minutes ago, but the bot hasn't shown up yet. Can you kick it to make it happen? (Otherwise, we can do a manual update.) -- Orlady ( talk) 19:19, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
![]() Dispute Resolution – Survey Invite Hello Shubinator. I am currently conducting a study on the dispute resolution processes on the English Wikipedia, in the hope that the results will help improve these processes in the future. Whether you have used dispute resolution a little or a lot, now we need to know about your experience. The survey takes around five minutes, and the information you provide will not be shared with third parties other than to assist in analyzing the results of the survey. No personally identifiable information will be released. Please click
HERE to participate. You are receiving this invitation because you have had some activity in dispute resolution over the past year. For more information, please see the associated research page. Steven Zhang DR goes to Wikimania! 02:04, 6 April 2012 (UTC) |
No updates to Wikipedia:Did you know/DYK hook count in the last 18-19 hours. -- Orlady ( talk) 14:19, 22 April 2012 (UTC)
It's happened again. No action in the last 8 hours. -- Orlady ( talk) 03:51, 4 May 2012 (UTC)
With this recent death of this native Milwaukeean, I found the impulse to create a stub about him irresistible. I hope you will have a look and help improve it, since you've worked on ICOS. There are several articles online about him, as well as an extensive oral history interview (not, alas, online). -- Orange Mike | Talk 14:57, 25 April 2012 (UTC)
