I've wondered if allowing new admins to designate how and when they would use admin tools would help. Allowing restricted access to the toolset would be helpful, but I'm thinking more along the lines of getting more admins to help with specific areas such as WP:RFPP, WP:AIAV, or WP:AN3RR -- Ronz ( talk) 19:52, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
