Hello @ TheRealStefanShen: if you're planning on writing about someone, make sure you have enough high-quality sources to indicate that the person is notable, per WP:GNG. Also, if this "rising star" is either you or someone you are connected to, I would advise against trying to write about them, because per WP:COI it is not allowed.
