  • If you have permission from the author leave a message explaining the details at Talk:San Diego Academy and send an email with confirmation of permission to "permissions-en (at) wikimedia (dot) org". See Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for instructions.

Hello. In addition to the "form" letter above, I wanted to leave a personal note to point out that if you have an affiliation with the school, as it seems from your username, that you may have a conflict of interest. It will certainly be easier for you to release the material on the website for our use in that case, but you will need to exercise extra care to contribute within Wikipedia's policies and guidelines to ensure that you remain neutral. Your username, however, is a problem, since you are actively editing the article on your school. You may wish to consider changing it. As Wikipedia's username policy indicates, "Use of Wikipedia for promotion of a company or group is not permitted, and accounts that do this will be blocked. Use of a company or group name as a username is not explicitly prohibited, but it is not recommended, and depending on the circumstances may be seen as a problem." It's a pretty simple matter to change it to a neutral name; see Wikipedia:UNC#Changing your username for steps. I am watching your talk page and should see any notes you leave here if you have questions about any of these policies and guidelines and especially if you need assistance verifying permission for Wikipedia to use text directly from the school's website, which is currently clearly reserved with "© 2002-2009." You can also reach me at my talk page by following the link that says "talk" behind my username. Thanks. -- Moonriddengirl (talk) 12:31, 7 March 2009 (UTC) reply

License tagging for File:Sda seal.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Sda seal.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. -- ImageTaggingBot ( talk) 07:06, 30 April 2009 (UTC) reply
