I like your toolbar (top of your user pages), if that's the right term. It really looks great. For those of us with wimpy monitors we do have to scroll to see al the functions, but I don't that's the worst thing in the world. Take care.

Remove "Contributions". Your keyboard shortcut to it is alt-y, and a link to it is already located at the top of every screen. Users have access to your contributions from the toolbox menu on the sidebar.
Rename "Articles created" to "Contributions". If you want, you can include a {{main}}-style contributions link on that page.
Merge "Images" with "Contributions". On that page, have an articles section, and an images section. You could also have a section for articles that you did major work on but didn't create.
Replace images on the menu bar that won't shrink down
Merge "That other page" into your Guest Book, and remove it from the menu.
Hello, I'm sorry I haven't gotten back sooner. Let's do this step by step, shall we?
With your navigation bar, you should either make it completely transparent or add a thin, light border around it. (For extra quirkiness, I recommend a quirky color like pink, orange, or purple maybe.)
The images are cool, but it looks a bit plain. The border or transparent thing applies here, too. Also, if you wish to keep it, center it, and render it into one image.
Userboxes are really cool (I had a lot on my userpage, too), but don't go overboard. It may distract the reader and draw attention away from your "meat" of your userpage.
This one is only a recommendation. After you clean up various parts of your page, then you may want to consider making your various contributions collapsible as well. You have a lot of contributions, and if you organize it for the reader, the reader will be unconsciously thankful.
I'll make some edits to your boxes down low (the width is thrown off because the colspan parameter is not set for some).
