Hello. I am writing here in response to your email, in which you asked for help concerning edits to Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival Toronto. You refer to events in May 2011 when another editor removed content from the article with the edit summary 'Rmv promotional language', and I restored the content, saying 'I don't see the "promotional language"'. That case seemed to me quite clear cut: I really could not see any basis for seeing it as promotional at all. The present case, however, seems to me more complex, with different considerations applying to different parts of the removed content. I will go through some of the issues.
