Hi Rudy235!! You're invited: learn how to edit Wikipedia in under an hour. I hope to see you there! Ocaasi |
Subject Proteus edits: September 20th 2015
I am not starting a war on anything and even if that were true you need to parties to star a war.
I have accomodated the valid criticisms whenever there has been one. And yet systematically my edits are being undone without much regard for the merits of my edits. I respectfully consider that using the word "even" an in "you can't even properly write the unit" when discussing my edits are the expresion of someones impatience if not outright petulance. Full disclosure: English is not my first language and yet I write it with proficiency of an educated native speaker.
Two can play this game Sir. I only wish the best for the community. Rudy235 ( talk) 21:04, 20 September 2015 (UTC)
Again I am being accused of War Edit and yet the user is actually doing that sme exact thing.
Also he belittles my grammar. As if he is an linguist or some sort of supreme judge of grammar.
To wit:
(Undid revision 681992942 by Rudy235 (talk) the old version has better grammar, and says much the same thing. Take it to the Proteus talk page to discuss, not yours.) Rudy235 ( talk) 22:44, 20 September 2015 (UTC)
Just an advice, when you cite a source, you can't leave just the link there like this: <ref>http://www.example.com</ref>
Instead, open visualeditor (by clicking "edit this page"), then click the Cite button. A box will appear where you can just insert the link and it will automatically generate a formatted reference for you. Cheers, Huritisho 09:58, 18 October 2015 (UTC)

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
