If you have recieved permission to release the cover under any free license (see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission), please forward the permission email to the email permissions department with information about what article it's going to be used for. It is against policy to use an album (see Template:Infobox_Song#Details) Also, the way you set up the infobox (such as tracklistings instead of chronology) are for the album infobox and break the template.
