Thanks for uploading Image:Christi Daugherty4.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}. If you have not already done so, please also include the source of the image. In many cases this will be the website where you found it.

Please specify the copyright information and source on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, or ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Udsieq 16:33, 23 October 2006 (UTC) reply

Regarding Wikipedia:Files_for_deletion/2011_March_5#File:Christi_Daugherty2.jpg, some more explanation here is needed. You said, "Useage license is revoked - I am no longer the copyright holder and do not give permission." Are you "no longer" the copyright holder or were you never the copyright holder to begin with (meaning, what you said on the image page before was incorrect)? Was the image a work product and not something you, personally, owned the copyright to? Licenses used on Wikipedia are not revocable and in general, requests to delete content previously released under an acceptable license needs a good reason. If there is more specific information that you need to provide than you feel comfortable doing here, you may contact the OTRS office by emailing permissions-en‐at‐wikimedia.org. -- B ( talk) 02:13, 6 March 2011 (UTC) reply

Hi B. My apologies for not being clearer with my statement. The situation is that I mistakenly attributed copyright to myself originally, but I now realise this was an error. The image is not public domain and the permission is not mine to give. Many thanks for looking into the matter, and please let me know if you require more information, in which case I will email privately. ( Rpoj ( talk) 22:16, 8 March 2011 (UTC)rpoj) reply
