I've added a higher resolution of the picture regarding your request, and here it is

Whilst I'm not sure about the shot -it's only a snap, but the place itself was indeed beautiful- but you think it could get nominated, my questions: (#1) How this picture can get nominated? I mean, should I do it myself or somebody else will? Or -perhaps- you will kindly do it so? :D (#2) As for
Tasikmalaya Regency now has two versions of the same picture (
File:Tasikmalaya Regency hilly view 2.jpg and
File:Tasikmalaya Regency hilly view 2 - high res.jpg), I'm a bit confused, whether I should replace the current picture on that page with a higher resolution one or it will be just fine to just leave it like that? Any suggestions? Thanks :)
