Texmaker

I saw that you had issues with CVS and Texmaker, and you added this to the Texmaker article. I am by no means affiliated with Texmaker, but I noticed that you can check the checkbox "Check for external changes" in the editor settings. I tested it by opening a document in notepad and editing it, then texmaker asked if I wanted to reload the file as it had been changed externally. As such I removed the section from the article. I rechecked with the 2012 version. This is now fixed, so you have correctly removed it.
