The article The Birthing of The New Testament has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{
dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your
edit summary or on
the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{
dated prod}} will stop the
Proposed Deletion process, but other
deletion processes exist. The
Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and
Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach
consensus for deletion.
Two other editors have proposed it for deletion. It would have been polite for them to notify you promptly, but unfortunately this does not always happen. I tend to agree with their proposal. Despite the two citations given, the subject "The birthing of the NT" is not an established subject in its own right. However, it may well be appropriate to add a brief mention of Brodie's and Burke's research in another articles, perhaps one on the NT canon or interpretation -- see Template:BibleRelated for one index of related articles.
