Hello and welcome to Wikipedia,
Some feedback regarding editing Wikipedia articles. I reviewed your edits on Central Washington University. References should include a reference template, rather than just bare URLs (see WP:linkrot). If you create a reference appropriately, it will automatically at the reference to reference section, and number the reference correctly. Check out WP:CITE for more information. For example, if you are referencing a website, you can use a reference template for that, which you can find at Template:Cite web.
Another way to reference articles is by using the tool bar. If you look at the tool bar when you open the edit page, you can click "cite," then "templates" then choose your template type (website, newspaper, book, journal, etc). A screen will pop up, and then you just fill in the fields. The completed reference will be entered in the text of the article.
If you have questions, just let me know.
