I know the JTWC have upgraded the Depression to a tropical storm but your edit was reverted because it was giving the sustained windspeeds as 45kts and the 10-min winds as 35kts when the JMA havent even upgraded it to a tropical storm yet. Jason Rees ( talk) 23:12, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment.
