Hi, in view of the chequered history and multiple deletions of Halego, I would suggest that you initially copy any text to my talk page before I unprotect. Wikipedia gets hundreds of articles about bands, most of which are deleted as being non-notable. To show that Halego justified an article in a global enc, you would need to establish notability - usually this will require at the minimum a verifiable commercial CD release (not a demo, not on-line).
