Hello REK413, and welcome to Wikipedia. All or some of your addition(s) to

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. Hi - I appreciate the feedback. The journal from which this was taken is an open access journal, and encourages the citation of the works it publishes. Since I was the author of the article cited, there ought not to be any other copyright issue. You note about putting quotation marks around the cited work is well-taken. It would be better to paraphrase the narrative, as it does sound a bit technical. Do you have any reservation about my rewriting the entry and resubmitting? REK413
Thank you for adding the new section about the managerial perspective to Employee benefits. I made some minor changes, mostly in formatting the footnotes. There was nothing wrong with what you had done, but I took advantage of our software to create standardized footnotes and eliminate repetitive ones (but keep the page references).
Please feel free to improve upon what I've done. Wikipedia is a collaborative process.
Thanks again. — Malik Shabazz Talk/ Stalk 03:45, 1 September 2016 (UTC)
