Redirect pages

Redirect pages are meant to direct readers searching on a title that doesn't have a full article to a relevant article (see Wikipedia:Redirect). To make a full article on a topic, you should first create it as a draft (see Wikipedia:Drafts for details). Then it can be submitted for review to become a full article.
