Addition: As you are a new editor here at Wikipedia (that is, new in the sense that you've made few edits here), let me welcome you. There are a number of relevant policies that we follow here at wikipedia, and the particular issue here with your user page is probably best described by the policy through this link: WP:FAKEARTICLE. While a limited amount of non-promotional biographical information is allowed here on Wikipedia pages, Wikipedia is not a hosting provider for arbitrary content WP:NOTWEBHOST, it is an encyclopedia, and the intent of user pages WP:UP is not to provide a hosting service for self-published resumes but to serve as a basic profile for people working together with the goal of building an encyclopedia. Please feel free to drop me a line over at User Talk:Joe Decker if you have questions or concerns. -- je decker talk 18:12, 27 September 2010 (UTC) reply
