Please help me with...

/info/en/?search=Die!_Die!_Die!

The URL for the article on NZ band Die! Die! Die! needs to have the three exclamation marks changed to %21

How do I do this? Or can only an administrator do this?

Hello there. Why? It currently meets our guidelines for article titles. Is there some technical issue you are trying to address? It works fine in my browser. Chrisw80 ( talk) 10:52, 23 February 2016 (UTC) reply
I should add, if you're trying to link to the page from somewhere else and having trouble with the URL for some reason, /info/en/?search=Die%21_Die%21_Die%21 will work just fine - the browser will resolve the ascii codes correctly and get to the right page.
