Wikipedia does not give priority to one national standard of English over others. Sometimes there are good reasons for an article to use one standard rather than another; for example, it is reasonable for the article San Francisco to use American English, and for Winston Churchill to use British English. However, when there are no specific reasons for an article to give preference to a particular variety of English, the variety originally used in the article should be retained. It is a mistake, and contrary to Wikipedia’s manual of style, to change articles to one's own preferred version of English when there are no such special reasons, as you did at Zoner Photo Studio, for example.
