You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Indian gooseberry. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. — C.Fred ( talk) 04:19, 14 March 2008 (UTC) reply

Instead of edit warring, had you pointed out Caldecott's publication history on the talk page, then it would have been easier to see what the situation was. Instead, all I saw was an edit war. — C.Fred ( talk) 04:35, 14 March 2008 (UTC) reply

ok, sorry - i didn't think folks would make changes without actually looking at the material in depth

Truthfully, the "stop reverting it pal, I have all day" edit summary that you made...well, it didn't help your cause. Better would have been a positive "but Caldecott is published in..." summary. Better still, starting discussion on the talk page. — C.Fred ( talk) 04:40, 14 March 2008 (UTC) reply
