Good day Pgmarchetti,
Anyone can edit a wikipedia article at any time so long as they are doing so in good faith. If you believe your colleagues will help improve your article, thereby making it more likely it will be accepted into the mainspace and contributing to a better overall article, by all means invite them to either edit it directly now or provide you with suggestions for edits. There is nothing preventing ongoing edits by you and others while the article is awaiting review.
