Hi, thanks a lot for digging up the FDA ruling on estrogen-containing shampoos. Amazing that the articles in the New York Times and New Scientist never mentioned it; the NYT article even cited an FDA spokesperson as saying that the FDA doesn't intend to regulate these products!
