Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited West Grinstead, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Littleworth. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Hello. I have noticed that you
often edit without using an
edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in
your preferences. Thanks!

Hello. Again. Me again. Same two points. Again. In terms of:
date when the content pointed to by url was last verified to support the text in the article". Some of the links you are dating are dead, do not support the text or otherwise no longer support the text. Unless you are actually undertaking a verification check there is no reason to change or add access dates.

Hi. Me again. I have a quick question for you: What, in your view, is the purpose of the Template:County Mayo navbox?
Relative, say, to the purpose of the Category:Townlands of County Mayo, Category:Towns and villages in County Mayo and Category:Baronies of County Mayo categories?
I ask because, to my view (and my read of the WP:NAVBOX guidelines) there is limited value in having every single member of these types of categories repeated/listed in a NAVBOX. Not least when the subjects do not refer to each other or might otherwise be a candidate for a "see also" section.
To put it another way, we now have a situation where Ballindine (a village of 350 people which is a distinct subject in its own right) is listed alongside Ballymacrah (a small townland which is effectively part of Castlebar). In the NAVBOX. As if they were somewhat equivalent or related. Or as if the reader might reasonably need assistance navigating from the article on Ballindine to that on Ballymacrah. .
While I already have my concerns with this recent movement to replicate and republish every single entry in Townlands.ie as a standalone Wikipedia article, I really don't see the value in adding and inter-linking articles on every small townland in that NAVBOX (especially those that already geographically overlap with subjects already in the NAVBOX. Like Castlebar).
Frankly, by adding every townland to that NAVBOX, I think we are hindering the reader's ability to distinguish the wood from the trees.... Guliolopez ( talk) 20:38, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
It's a good purpose, to be honest.
