As reviewing administrator, I have redirected your article on Rob O'Brien to the article on his company, because I do not think he is separately notable, and this avoids deleting it altogether.

The company is probably notable, but it has a problem with promotionalism. It's necessary to avoid adjectives or phrases of praise about its services, and to avoid relying on press releases, such as reference 10. I urge you to quickly revise the article, making sure to include true third party sources, not based on company publicity, I'll check back ytomorrow; if you don't fix it, I will. Nomination of Logistics Bureau for deletion
