Hi! You've seemed to have edited with bot tools without having community approval, so you've been blocked. If you want to have bot flag, or do normal edits please report. Epinheiro ( talk) 10:14, 26 May 2008 (UTC) reply

Hi! I am not familiar with the proper use of a bot. Do I need to have bot flag because I only edit interwiki? In addition, I don't know how I can "report" in pt.wiki while I am still blocked. Please help!-- Nipisiquit ( talk) 13:18, 26 May 2008 (UTC) reply

You can report here :) You need botflag if you use any automatic edit tool, did you used? Epinheiro ( talk) 15:25, 26 May 2008 (UTC) reply

I do not use any automatic edit tool when I fix interwiki. I fix interwiki mostly when interwiki links do not match in contents and need to be linked with more appropriate articles in different languages. I don't think bots can recognize whether an article in language A is equivalent of another article in language B or not. I try to check all the links for correctness, which is easier for biology-related articles because scientific names (universal!) are used. Bots are a convenient way to keep interwiki links up to date, but I believe human brains need to check the interwiki links once in a while...-- Nipisiquit ( talk) 17:47, 26 May 2008 (UTC) reply
You've been unblocked sorry for the mistake. Happy editing, Epinheiro ( talk) 14:03, 27 May 2008 (UTC) reply

Pittosporum tobira

You removed sc:Pittosporo from en:Pittosporum because you say that the Sardinian word Pittosporo is about Pittosporum tobira, O.K. in that case some interwikis with sc:Pittosporo haven't been removed, I ask you please that remove sc:Pittosporo from the remaining interwikis about Pittosporum: de:Klebsamen, es:Pittosporum, fr:Pittosporum, it:Pittosporum, ja:トベラ属, and ru:Смолосемянник becuse the links are duplicated and many trouble are going to appear...-- Jaguarlaser ( talk) 17:05, 27 October 2009 (UTC) reply

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Proserpina (gastropod) may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • *''[[Proserpina bidentata]]'' C. B. Adams, 1850)<ref name="Rosenberg 2009"/>

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, BracketBot ( talk) 17:55, 6 March 2014 (UTC) reply

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
