The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ric Silver until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.

As that discussion was formally closed a couple weeks ago, policy prohibits editors (yourself included) from editing the discussion page, that's a record of a decision that's been made. If you were attempting to present information in order to have the deletion overturned, the place to visit to request that is WP:DRV, although I do not think the information you inserted in the deletion discussion has much chance of changing the result.
