Request reason:
As the post was meant for a description of Erwin Sniedzins biography, it was not meant to be written in a non-neutral manner. When linking to external sites, this was done to follow Wikipedia's own validation criteria of proving any claims made about an article. It seems odd that by trying to maintain this policy, one would be blocked. The method of posting information and/or content about Wikipedia has become extremely cumbersome and complex that a simple way posting biographical information about him.
