It's usual to discuss moving a page before moving it. I don't think the phrase "small-scale hydroelectrics" is very commonly used at all. This gets about a dozen Google hits vs. more than a million for "Small hydro" which is what the industry calls it. Please reverse the page move, since it's unlikely anyone will find it under the present title. -- Wtshymanski ( talk) 14:48, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
