I believe it is necessary since "*" notes the acting president in this case I think both (Abdullahi Yusef & Abdiqasim Salad Hassan) were acting presidents,

Moreover if my assumption is valid similar edit has to be done in List of Presidents of Somalia since it indicates only 2 interim from the 11 presidents!!

No, neither Abdullahi Yusuf Ahmed nor Abdiqassim Salad Hassan were acting presidents. Only Sheikh Mukhtar Muhammad Husein and Sheikh Adan Mohamed Nuur "Madobe" were (refer to [1]). Somalia has had many persons claim the presidency since the civil war began, but only a few have actually been legally recognized as such. This is why terms like "seventh president" are meaningless after the collapse of the Siad Barre regime. There's also no need for me to contact you since the discussion is already here. Yes, but at least as far as I know, there are no actual ethnic groups referred to as "Guyanese" or "Trinidadian". Those are just denonyms. "Somali", on the other hand, also doubles as the name of an actual ethnic group after which the country was named (sort of like the Finns in Finland), one which is heavily stratified according to occupation and degree of admixture with foreign (read: black) peoples; c.f. Ayaan Hirsi Ali is also from Mogadishu. She was born there. This is not vandalism. Any famous person born in Mogadishu can be put in the "Notable Mogadishans" section.

Nor does the criteria have to be restricted to Somali citizens, and indeed to Somali people. It makes no difference whether or not Ayaan was born in Mogadishu. She is not a Somali citizen but a Dutch citizen; that is the nationality she adopted. She is also not at all notable in a Somali context, but strictly in a Dutch context. Her being Somali likewise makes no difference, as that is just one of Somalia's many ethnic groups (populations which also include Europeans, among others). The fact is, the list of notable Mogadishans is strictly for actual citizens of Somalia that are from Mogadishu and notable in a Somali context. This, of course, excludes Ayaan, as it does many other people from Mogadishu, such as Alexander, Count of Schönburg-Glauchau (who also was born in Mogadishu but isn't a Somali citizen).
