Hello, MegAHo203091. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you.
Please note, you still have not declared your conflict of interest. You will be blocked if you do not do so, as per WP:COI and WP:PAID. -- Yamla ( talk) 16:06, 9 June 2017 (UTC)
Hello, I now understand the conflict of interest rules for Wikipedia. Thank you for clarifying. MegAHo203091 ( talk) 17:23, 12 June 2017 (UTC)MegAHo203091
As you have refused to declare your conflict of interest even after these requirements were pointed out to you, I have blocked you for your violations of WP:PAID. -- Yamla ( talk) 16:30, 13 June 2017 (UTC)
Can you clarify? I don't know that I have a conflict of interest nor do I know how to declare if I do. MegAHo203091 ( talk) 17:00, 13 June 2017 (UTC)Meghan
I appreciate your explanation and apologize for the confusion on my end. I've read the article you linked as it says to cite on the talk page any potential conflicts of interest. Per insutrctions, I have disclosed the corresponding template at the top of my talk page. Can you please confirm I am taking the correct, necessary actions to become unblocked. Again, thank you. MegAHo203091 ( talk) 17:18, 13 June 2017 (UTC)Meghan
Thank you. I believe I now have the proper disclosure and will do also prior to any further editing. MegAHo203091 ( talk) 18:04, 13 June 2017 (UTC)Meghan
You have continued to blatantly violate WP:PROMO dispute numerous warnings. As such, I'm extending you one final opportunity. You cannot be trusted to edit Texas de Brazil directly, but you are still free to suggest changes on the article's talk page, so long as you are clear about your conflict of interest. But I'm sorry, no more direct edits to the article. -- Yamla ( talk) 18:49, 26 June 2017 (UTC)
Yamal, I am trying my best to abide by the rules of Wikipedia. I've solely edited the beginning to be more concise as it is extremely repetitive. I am simply rearranging the content and this most recent time have not added any additional information or content. How is re-arranging the wording of a paragraph deemed "promotional" if the content already exists on the page? ~~Meghan

. Here is the original version: Texas de Brazil is a family owned churrascaria (Brazilian steakhouse) restaurant chain with locations both internationally and domestically. It debuted October 13, 1998 in Addison, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. The restaurant is a Brazilian-American “churrascaria” or steakhouse that combines the cuisines of southern Brazil with Texan style meats.[2] Customers turn a piece of paper green side up to get meat, or red side up to no longer receive meat.
Here is the version I updated: Texas de Brazil is an authentic Brazilian-American “Churrascaria”, or steakhouse, that combines the cuisines of Southern Brazil with the generous spirit of Texas. The Steakhouse Group debuted October 13, 1998 in Addison, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. Texas de Brazil is family owned and operated with locations both internationally and domestically. Customers turn a place card green side up to get meat, or red side up to no longer receive meat.
I would really like to know where new information has been provided in my updated version? There are no new facts but simply restructuring of a paragraph to eliminate repetitiveness. I understood you the first time about avoiding promotional material and I followed your instructions. Please point out exactly the specific issue that you have with this updated version. Thank you. ~~Meghan

This edit, several minutes after Yamla's "final opportunity" warning above and with instructions to not edit the article directly, is both a direct edit to the article and blatantly promotional - and if you really can not see what is promotional about it, you definitely should not be editing the article.
