Dear Timtrent
I have seen that it is possible to request an article to be drafted. Unfortunatelly, I don't understand where the request should be made. In Wikipedia:Requested articles it says to "" Add your request [in a sub-topic] by clicking "edit" at the appropriate heading"", but I don't really understand where that is. This is what I have created as a request, but I don't know where to upload it? "WP:REQ"
I see several categories that could host this article both in the commons and in the English version of Wikipedia:
EurActiv.com PLC was set up in 1999. It brings together the skills of professionals with experience in EU affairs, journalism, information and communication as well as Internet technology. [2]
