Hello,
I have declined transfering this to mainspace for now. The reason being is that the article completely lacks third party sourcing. To be included in Wikipedia, a subject must be notable, which basically means talked about by reliable sources. Do you know of any newspaper articles or discussion about this software on major websites? If so, let me know and I'll help you reference the material. If not, the chances of this surviving are, unfortunately, very small.
