You can find the Java solution folder here. You can open the individual class files at /src/ the folder contains the source code for a Gaussian processor, Sobel operator and Canny edge detector. The receptive field program works using an array of pixels around the center pixel in a circular pattern. I've included an image that shows the locations of the pixels relative to the center pixel and a Java class. Could you possibly send me any executive version. I am having some trouble with downloading jbuilder.
M: I guess it will make it. I am able to use glowing edges filter in Photoshop instead. But thank you again so much. I am not sure if I will paste any of the code in the thesis (it would take too much space) so I will only explain the basics.
M: I have a Polish version of Photoshop. I still guess it's Filter > Filter Gallery > Glowing edges
M: Nope, it's not the case. Definitely not :) Filter>Stylize>Glowing Edges
