Hi Deor, Hope you are well. i have the permission from Mont Rose College for the monuments picture to upload and I have seen other wiki pages with monuments and building picture. Can you guide how I can upload this picture.? thanks!
Hey there. I see you've been putting considerable effort into improving this page. Unfortunately, some of your edits have been reverted by myself and other editors. This has happened for a number of related reasons:
I hope this clears things up for you. If you have any questions or would like input from other editors, you might try the article's talk page or the Teahouse, a forum for questions from newer editors. dalahäst ( let's talk!) 15:45, 15 September 2017 (UTC)
Hi MRC123456 I work on conflict of interest issues here in Wikipedia, along with my regular editing. Your edits to date along with your username (which appears to be what we call a "corporate account") make it appear that you are working for Mont Rose College of Management and Sciences. I'm giving you notice of our Username policy, PAID editing policy, and eonflict of Interest guideline and Terms of Use, and will have some comments and requests for you below.
Wikipedia is a widely-used reference work and managing conflict of interest is essential for ensuring the integrity of Wikipedia and retaining the public's trust in it. As in academia, COI is managed here in two steps - disclosure and a form of peer review. Please note that there is no bar to being part of the Wikipedia community if you want to be involved in articles where you have a conflict of interest; there are just some things we ask you to do (and if you are paid, some things you need to do).
Disclosure is the most important, and first, step. While I am not asking you to disclose your identity (anonymity is strictly protecting by our WP:OUTING policy) would you please disclose if you have some connection with Mont Rose College of Management and Sciences, directly or through a third party (e.g. a PR agency or the like)? You can answer how ever you wish (giving personally identifying information or not), but if there is a connection, please disclose it. After you respond (and you can just reply below), I can walk you through how the "peer review" part happens and then, if you like, I can provide you with some more general orientation as to how this place works. Please reply here, just below, to keep the discussion in one place. Thanks! Jytdog ( talk) 21:14, 15 September 2017 (UTC)
