As it stands, the images will be automatically deleted anyway, so you don't really have to do anything. Referring to him by his last name is conventional, but if he uses "Greene" on a regular basis as a performing name (as in 50 Cent or Madonna), you may use that instead. There is no real need to refer to him as a professor. If you have any other questions please do ask (on my talk page if you wish). I'm removing the help template as this issue seems to be resolved.
