I started review your CDR draft, trying to help you out, only to find that the very same day you went ahead and just copy-pasted the entire draft into articlespace, "publishing" it. The article is not even slightly ready for publication, which is the entire point of asking for review of a draft. Now I have to go clean up a publicly-viewable article, because it was prematurely published. Please use the WP:Articles for creation process, rather than posting new articles that aren't ready.
