Jako člověk žijící ve Slezsku mezi těmito menšinami mohu říct, že toto je nad slunce jasnější. Za totality totiž nár. menšiny v ČSSR neměly zdaleka tolik práv co teď a starší lidé se skutečně staví negativně k otázce referenda.
