Legoktm, I see you active with your bot a lot, so I thought you might be able to help me with this:

Any ideas or input or help or advice ?
Thank you,

Hi,
I sometimes see Legobot advertising RfCs that are three weeks old. I can understand that perhaps it isn't always smart to pile everybody onto an RfC on the first day as it could generate a lot of heat. However, perhaps stretching it out over three weeks is too far towards the other extreme, as RfCs are often stone cold by that point and should probably have been closed (but, alas, backlogs).
So my "suquestion" (damn you, urbandictionary!) is this: Is the scheduling this way because of people's monthly limit, and/or can it be changed to front-load participation a bit more? (Keep in mind there may be an additional delay before people actually decide to take the time to participate, which I'm pretty sure Legobot does not currently take into account, at least not on an account-by-account basis.)
Thanks,

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current
Arbitration Committee election. The
Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia
arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose
site bans,
topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The
arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to
review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on
the voting page. For the Election committee,
